I downloaded it and played some today, I was sick of 1.6. It was different enough to be entertaining, but I have no idea how long that will last.

I think valve have manipulated the stats in some way, something like Source stats include server bots but 1.6 stats don't OR 1.6 stats no longer include LAN centres which is the majority of the Chinese market.

1.6 had more than double the players of CSS at any one time, then the valve stats went down for a week or two and game back with CSS the top game.
