My english teacher in my freshmen and senior year of high school was crazy. We would only read the first chapter of a book each week and discuss it for the whole week. We only read 2 whole books my senior year.

Well I must admit I do not see Qualm used very often. But I do see Tome used a bit. I am a sci-fi/fantasy reader. -
just use any word from the GRE vocab list.

that's a damn lie. i've used several words from the GRE, and I still didn't get an A.

Yah that's it, Tome 1 of Harry Potter, Tome 2 and so it goes on to the last Tome, 7. Isn't it the word used ? Anyway when I went to "English Concentration" they did it on purpose to freaking give us the less used words for the vocabulary heh ... -

That is a good one. It was used as the basis for the movie "Blade Runner" for those of you who aren't much into books without pictures.
